together with over 2800 Kivu farmers and partners to support coffee communities in raising Congo coffee delivering the first organic coffee in our Reviving Origins range REVIVING ORIGINS Congo is still a scarce treasure to behold But each year, we'll bring you more of this smooth organic coffee, alluring complex with
its mild fruity note and toasted cereal and nutty aromas.

ROASTING PROCESS

Reviving Origins Congo is a 50 50 split roast. Both splits are dark and short, with the first split being slightly darker and longer to develop more intensity for this coffee. Both splits get a medium grind.

MILK DESCRIPTION

Try this coffee as Latte Macchiato to bring out sweet cereal and biscuit notes and enhance its balance
