Master Origin
The distinctive aromas of these new coffee capsules are not only tied to the countries of origin, but also to the specific processing methods used by local farmers in these regions.

Ethiopia
Ethiopia
This is the finest Ethiopian Arabica – decadently aromatic. It has an orange blossom aroma, but the rich jammy fruit notes come from sun-dried coffee in the Master Origin Ethiopia, made with dry-processed Arabicas. The continuous hand-turning of coffee cherries to ensure even drying requires great care.
And the farmers in Ethiopia have been using this method longer than anyone else.

ORIGIN
Master Origin Ethiopia with dry-processed Arabicas contains only Arabicas from Ethiopia. Its striking jammy notes come from naturally processed coffee beans. In the western highlands of Ethiopia, it is tradition to spread harvested coffee over raised drying tables. Farmers have been using this traditional method longer than anyone else.
For up to four weeks, their coffee rests in the sun while Ethiopian growers carefully hand-turn it at regular intervals to ensure even drying. Getting it just right means the heart of the coffee beans absorbs layers of sweet and ripe fruity flavors.

ROASTING
A
light and short roast keeps the more delicate
notes alive and singing through the wilder, heavier
aromatics of this Ethiopian coffee.
