CARAMELLO APPLE BRÛLÉE CAPPUCCINO
INGREDIENTS:
- 40 ml of BC Flavoured Caramello
100 ml of Milk 1.5%
5 gr of Caramel Sauce
2 gr of Brown Sugar
40 gr of Fresh Apple

- View Cappuccino šalica

KAKO PRIPREMITI:

Pour cold milk directly into the Aeroccino device (up to maximum level). Close the lid and prepare milk for the cappuccino recipe.

Add caramel sauce to the bottom of a barista small cup.

Brew 40ml of BC Flavoured Caramello on top.

With the spoon, add the hot milk foam on the top of the coffee.

Garnish with brown sugar over it. With a burner caramelized the sugar on top.

Add freshly sliced apple over the foam.
